UPON COMMISSIONING ME, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU’VE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW IN EXCHANGE FOR MY SERVICE:

• Religious, offensive and flags content.TERMS OF SERVICES• I only accept payments made through PayPal or Ko-fi, in EUR or USD.• To make things easier for both of us, you need to come with a clear description of what you want (e.g., bust? shaded?), along with a clear reference of the character (a reference image or a drawing, etc.). I will not accept commissions without an existing representation of the character; in that case, it will be a custom design and a different price.• From now on, I will ask you to pay before the drawing begins, having been scammed several times.• I do not allow my art to be traced, reproduced, or used for AI purposes.• I do not want the artwork you paid for (regardless of format) to be given away in an oc exchange, or when the oc is sold.• I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes. In such cases, please discuss it with me, but I will expect to be paid. You are allowed to use my commissioned art for personal purposes, repost it on your social networks as long as you credit me.• I may refuse a character that makes me uncomfortable, that I find difficult to draw, or if you are not polite to me.• I do not offer refunds once you have paid. If you are not satisfied, I can modify the artwork and try to improve it.• As said, everything can be changed within reason. I will make sure you are satisfied with the product, by sending you wips at each step, and try to modify the final one if it does not suit you. I won't be able to change the character, or the integrity of the background etc. especially if you have validated before.• I am generally quick to finish a commission, but I may take my time depending on my motivation and desires. If you want to be prioritized on my waiting list, you must pay an additional fee of 10-20%.Design and Adopt• Don’t sell my design if is a gift, or anything without a €/$• If my design/adopt has been copied, traced, steal, or looks like a existing design, inform me immediately. I will try my best to get it resolved.• You can sell a design/adopt if you paid it. However, don't resell it above the amount you paid for, and don’t buy a design just for reselling.• You have to come with a clean specific description, that I can understand.• I accept breed with my design only if you ask me, however please don’t sell them.• You can redesign a bit, but please contact me before.-----------------------------------
